What we store, what we don’t, and how your data is handled.
Data you enter
When you analyze an idea, the app stores the idea name, inputs, and generated results so you can view them later under “Saved ideas”.
Cookies
This app does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may store standard web cache and PWA assets if you install the app. With your consent, we use Google Analytics via an analytics cookie (_ga).
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) to collect anonymised usage statistics — pages visited and session duration. Your IP address is anonymised before processing. This data is not used for advertising.
Legal basis
Analytics are processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie notice at the bottom of any page. Functional data (ideas, analyses, session tokens) is processed on the basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Data retention
Session tokens expire after 30 days. Login tokens expire after 15 minutes. Your ideas and analyses are kept until you delete them or request account deletion. IP addresses are stored only at account creation and last login.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, use the account deletion option in your profile or contact us at info@marketverdict.app.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from the Profile page. This removes your email address, all saved ideas, all analyses, all sessions, and all login tokens from our systems within 24 hours. Stripe customer records are subject to Stripe’s own retention policy.
